How it works

Six steps from work order to completion photos. You always know where each monument stands.

From order to photos

  1. 1

    Send the order

Use the work order form, your account page, a call or an email. Send the cemetery, the monument and where it is now.

  2. 2

Get a price and a date

Rates are flat by county zone and monument weight. Monuments over 2,100 pounds are quoted one by one.

  3. 3

    We wait on the foundation

If the foundation is not poured yet, we check in with you every two weeks. One button on your account tells us it is ready.

  4. 4

    We plan the trip

We group settings by area. You hear the date before we go.

  5. 5

    We deliver and set

The monument goes on the finished foundation with setting compound on the joints. We check it for level and plumb.

  6. 6

    You get the photos

Completion photos come to your office and your account page. You share them with the family.

What we don't do

We deliver and set monuments, remove old ones and store them over winter. We do not pour foundations, engrave, add final dates, repair or clean.

Those stay with the cemetery and the company that sold the memorial. It keeps our trips on schedule.

Questions

Do you pour foundations?

No. The foundation is arranged by the cemetery, the funeral home or the dealer. Tell us once it is poured and we will schedule the setting.

Do I need an account to send work?

No. Anyone can send a work order or call. Regular trade accounts get their own page to follow each job.

How are we billed?

Trade accounts get an invoice for completed settings. We go over the terms when your account is set up.

Tell us about the monument
