Cardinal Monument Setting ("we," "us") delivers and sets monuments in Ohio cemeteries. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, company, phone, email and the details of the work, such as the cemetery, the monument and any photo or order sheet you upload.
- Account details. If your company has an account with us, we keep its contacts, its jobs, completion photos and its invoices.
- Job photos. We photograph monuments when they arrive in our care and when they are set.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, send a price and schedule the work.
- To send updates about your jobs, such as trip dates, foundation check-ins, completion photos and invoices.
- To bill for completed work and keep business records.
- To keep the site and your account secure.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for anyone else's advertising.
Text messages
We send text messages only to people who give us a phone number and agree to receive them. Our text message terms explain how they work and how to stop them.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. This does not include the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business. These include our customer records and messaging system, our email provider, our website host and our payment processor. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
Photos and updates about a job go to the company that ordered it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It saves your light or dark display choice in your browser. Account pages use a secure sign-in token so you stay logged in.
If we add website analytics later, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep job records, photos and invoices for as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and legal duties. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.

Security
We use secure connections and limit who can see account information. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers by email or text.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults arranging memorial work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
